Appeal for support - Flag Day 2008Ling Kwan Youth Centre is a joint project with the Central Singapore CDC. Here lonely kids at risk from upper primary and secondary schools recieve family-like support, free tuition, entrichment activities and personal support from counsellors

hahas. to complete the 6 hours of CIP hours for next year,
i suggest that we should go for a flag day early next year.
in this way, it will not clash with our a lvls. right? hahas
so this is the prgramme. hope all of you all participate for th benefit of the society& also for yourself!! WOOO.
